Sales/Project Manager

John M. Hill Inc. is a 65+ Year Old, family owned business seeking a full time sales representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Refractory Sales. Our Sales representative is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining on-going communications with customers to achieve growth year after year.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
➢ Schedule and make sales calls with new and established customers in the following regions: WV, VA, PA, OH and KY
➢ Sell, Estimate, Plan, Design and Execute Projects of all Sizes
➢ Drive the execution of the project plan while balancing customer requirements
and desires
➢ Clearly communicate plans and results with Company Team Members

Job Requirements:

➢ 5+ Years of Refractory Sales or 10+ Years of Refractory Field Experience.
